What may qualify
- Provider changes that prevent meaningful monitoring for paid users.
- Provider blocks or outages that materially interrupt paid watcher coverage.
- App-side failures that stop paid monitoring from working.
If something on our end stops your paid watcher from doing its job, we want to make it right. This policy explains when a credit or refund applies and how we handle it.

The normal remedy is a pro-rata credit or pro-rata refund for the affected paid period.
Short incidents do not automatically trigger a refund or credit.
Free and beta plans do not generally qualify for service-interruption credits or refunds.
Checks are scheduled, not real-time. Availability detection, alert timing, provider compatibility, and booking success are not guaranteed.
No credit or refund is due only because a pass or subscription ended without a matching opening.
If Camping Scout identifies a material interruption affecting paid users, the affected period will be reviewed and the remedy applied as a credit or refund.
